Construction Project Manager

A successful candidate should have relevant construction experience and be knowledgeable in the trades.
Responsibilities Studies and analysis construction plans, documents, and work letters prior to sending out bids.
Determines day labor needs during bid process and ensures allotment is not exceeded.
Identifies bid list, sends constructions documents out for bid and sources qualified subcontractors as needed.
Qualifies all bids and creates project bids for clients with supervision.
Writes detailed scope of work to be included in subcontracts.
Manages all correspondent with clients, tracks all project change orders, and maintains detailed and organized subcontractor bid lists.
Adheres to budgets and bids to manage, control, and reduce job related expenditures to ensure a successful and profitable project.
Qualifications Basic Computer and Tablet Skills Five years of relevant construction experience preferred.
Self-motivated, highly responsible, good with problem solving and organization skills Job Type:
